Our Mission
The South African Breastmilk Reserve’s mission is to support maternal and child health by promoting breastfeeding and providing safe donor milk to infants who cannot be breastfed by their mothers. We aim to reduce infant mortality and morbidity, particularly among premature and low-birth-weight babies, by making pasteurised donor milk accessible across South Africa.
Community & Collaboration
SABR’s success is built on a foundation of community support and collaboration. We work closely with healthcare providers, donors, and partners to create a network of care that extends from donor mothers to the infants who benefit from their generosity.
Our partnerships enable us to provide comprehensive support, including donor recruitment, milk collection, processing, and distribution. We are excited to collaborate with this life-changing charity, as this partnership aligns perfectly with our commitment to health and wellness. Together, we aim to promote the benefits of breastfeeding, encourage maternal well-being, and raise awareness about the importance of donor milk.

By working together, we can empower mothers, support healthy lifestyles, and ensure that every infant has the best start in life. We look forward to this exciting collaboration and the positive impact it will have on our community.
